Welcome, my name is Cathy, and it is very nice meeting you. I hope that while you browse through this platform, something intrigues your eye,mind, body and soul.. CathFlo naturals was birthed out of a quench for natural stuff. I have always enjoyed things or stuff in their natural form. I believe simple is natural, as 1+1=2. I remember when I started cooking so much, I would try to find a recipe that only called for at least 2 or 3 ingredients, if it was more than that, my mind had already thrown it out by the time I got done watching or reading about it. If you are like me, you can relate to this.. I don’t believe in opposites do attract but I believe in like minded people, birds of the same feather flock together, that kind of thing. If I have popped up in your search, most likely because you were looking for something that has to deal with naturalness. I am attracted to Nature and I believe everything comes in a simple package, God intended for us to have a simple life but we humans in our human nature tend to complicate everything. Well, I would like to say that I have always found myself gravitating towards simplicity ever since I was a little girl. The reason I created CathFlo naturals was because, I wanted to focus on the things I loved, things that come natural to me.
